Sarah Cook
Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor
“For over 12 years, I have created a therapeutic environment for people to experience growth and healing. I am passionate about people working through their struggles in a holistic manner, considering emotional, mental, physical and spiritual needs. The therapeutic space is one where honesty and growth work in harmony to help individuals heal. I enjoy working with people who are managing unhealthy behaviors/thoughts, and unhealthy or difficult relationships. In this process, I incorporate elements of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, acceptance, narrative, Biblical principles, commitment and client centered therapy approaches. I also enjoy helping other clinicians learn and grow as professionals.”
