Founded 2022
LifeTree Counseling Center was founded by Bay Area Church and Clear Creek Community Church to provide affordable faith-based professional counseling for individuals and families living in League City and the greater Galveston Bay area. The counseling center is focused on demonstrating God’s love by offering quality and accessible counseling services to provide hope and restoration to people and families in our community.
Why We Started LifeTree
LifeTree was founded as a Kingdom partnership of two League City churches that identified the need for quality counseling in their community. We hope to partner with other area churches to provide professional counseling to families in the communities served by these churches.
We endeavor to be sensitive to human suffering in the lives of anyone in our community. We trust the centrality of the gospel, and we believe the gospel is the basis for compassionate and transformative engagement with any person who wrestles with life’s difficult challenges.
We seek to offer wise, biblically informed counseling relationships for the purpose of modeling, teaching, and equipping people to live willingly and faithfully for the glory of Christ regardless of their circumstances.
The counseling center was founded as a Nonprofit 501c3 to offer affordable professional counseling to families in our community. As a 501c3 organization, LifeTree Counseling is able to subsidize the cost of providing counseling services to families who lack the financial resources to access this type of care. The ability to offer affordable counseling services is made possible by the support of churches and generous individuals who support the mission of LifeTree Counseling Center.
