High school girls, join us to discover and practice creative coping skills. We will use various artistic mediums as we learn to deal with topics such as anxiety, time management, and self-worth.

Objectives:

• Build positive self-image and explore personal goals 

• Differentiate between fear and anxiety, and learn healthy coping skills for anxiety management

• Improve social skills by learning to identify healthy versus unhealthy thinking patterns

• Explore internal motivations to increase time management and focus skills

Dates: Thursdays, February 8, 15, 22, and 29
Time: 3:30pm - 5:00pm
