“Counseling is for everyone in every stage of life. We often participate in preventative care for our physical bodies but are hesitant to similarly engage in our mental and relational health. Let's have the courage to change this together! I love watching clients experience counseling for the first time and realize how unexpectedly wonderful it was. I am so excited and invigorated for those who are ready to be "un-stuck" as they invite me in as a catalyst to encourage change. I often work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families seeking tools for managing addiction, chronic medical conditions, relational stress, and mood disorders. Additionally, I offer adult ADHD evaluations and help families navigate and embrace neurodiversity. It is important to me to use evidence-based treatment approaches and techniques, such as, emotionally-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness training, and motivational interviewing.
