Adolescent Counseling

All teens are faced with challenges, whether from moods, school, peers, their families or other life arenas.Sometimes an adolescent’s distress rises to a level that he or she can benefit from the support of a professional therapist. Meeting with a counselor can prevent minor issues from turning into major problems or help the teen recover from more serious issues such as eating disorders, cutting and other self-harm behaviors, thoughts of suicide, substance abuse, and others.
